Terms & Conditions


General

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.comfishmarine.co.uk. Please understand that by placing an order you agree to be bound by these.

Because we sell items such as knives, only over 18s may place orders with Comfish Marine.


Prices and Payment

Prices shown for individual products are shown excluding VAT. Some products (children’s clothing and footwear) are not subject to VAT. For UK deliveries the appropriate VAT will be added in the Shopping Basket.

We accept payment by VISA and MASTERCARD or debit cards and PayPal. For your added security please note that all payments are processed through PayPal and your card details are not entered on our site.

If you wish to pay by any other method, e.g. over the phone, in person, Barclays ping it or Bank Transfer, please contact us before placing your order.


Dispatch time 

Postal days are normally Fridays of every week but some orders may get posted sooner depending on size. We use Parcel Force as our chosen delivery service and Kay’s transport for palleted orders.


Delivery

Delivery is calculated on weight and is £10 (£8.33 +VAT) up to 30kgs for UK mainland. Please contact us before placing your order if you require delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands. When you select your region in the Shopping Basket your delivery cost will be added to basket total. If you are located in the South West and are part of the sales route please contact us as delivery may be free.

Items for delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes for which you will be liable.


Returns

You have the legal right to cancel any order within 14 days, or to return goods within 14 days of receipt. If you need to do this please contact us immediately at or call Richard on 07961 521157 and we will arrange a refund within 7 days of your payment for the goods cancelled or returned, including the delivery charge.

If there is any problem with the goods when received, such as damage in transit, wrong item received or a quality problem, please notify us immediately to arrange return and a refund including your return delivery cost. If returning goods where there is no such problem then you must pay the return delivery cost.
